His career includes shaping operational readiness for multi-billion-dollar developments, optimising energy generation assets, leading assurance programs, and improving maintenance strategies across processing plants, power networks, and underground operations.
With a strong focus on risk reduction and system performance, Peter has built governance frameworks, developed project controls, integrated regulatory approvals processes, and coached high-performing teams across multiple organisations. He has delivered improvements that strengthened operational resilience, reduced running costs, and enabled safer, more predictable production.

Martin’s technical background spans electronics manufacturing, hardware prototyping, electrical panel building, and precision diagnostics — supported by hands-on experience in small production environments, consumer electronics, industrial installations, and specialised repair work. His expertise covers PCB design, component-level troubleshooting, multi-layer board fabrication, enclosure design, and custom 3D-printed assemblies used in both commercial and personal engineering applications.
He has worked across industries including electronics servicing, light industrial automation, prototyping labs, 3D printing development, and electrical installation services. Martin’s ability to take a concept from schematic to functional hardware — while ensuring attention to detail at every stage — contributes to TatrApex’s commitment to reliability and high-quality engineering.

Guntram has spent over two decades building enterprise information systems for organisations in mining, government, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, and finance. His work includes designing large-scale data warehouses, creating forecasting models, developing real-time operational dashboards, and integrating complex datasets from ERP, safety, logistics, and production systems.
He has delivered data platforms for global companies such as BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, South32, the Department of Finance, Zurich Canada, German Telekom, and Silverchain. His solutions have supported risk management, energy forecasting, fleet operations, reporting automation, and organisation-wide analytics.
